General Terms and Conditions for Loutra Transport

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using the services provided by Loutra Transport, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
  2. Service Description
    Loutra Transport provides group transportation services via bus for both local residents and tourists in Curaçao. Our services include but are not limited to airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and private charters.
  3. Booking and Payment
    3.1. Booking: Reservations for our services can be made through our website, mobile app, or directly with our customer service representatives.

    3.2. Payment: Payment for services must be made in full prior to the scheduled date of transportation. We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    1. Cancellation: Cancellations made by the customer must be communicated to Loutra Transport at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to qualify for a refund.
    4.2. Refund: Refunds will be provided for cancellations made within the specified time frame, minus any applicable fees or charges.
  2. Liability
    1. Loutra Transport shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the provision of our services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part. 5.2. Customers are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings while using our services. Loutra Transport is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. 5.3. Loutra Transport reserves the right to refuse service to any customer deemed to be a risk to the safety or well-being of our staff or other passengers.
  3. Intellectual Property
    1. All content, including text, images, and logos, displayed on the Loutra Transport website and other promotional materials are the intellectual property of Loutra Transport and may not be used or reproduced without explicit written permission.
    6.2. Unauthorized use of Loutra Transport’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
  4. Amendments
    Loutra Transport reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the terms will be posted on our website.
  5. Governing Law
    These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
  1. Languages: since it is not possible to add Papiamentu as the translation program doesn’t recognize the language, can we add Spanish as a third option ? So, besides English and Dutch, please add Spanish.
